Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the AuraFlux platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
AuraFlux is an AI-powered video content production platform enabling customers to source, produce, and publish video content at scale. Features vary by subscription plan (Operate, Guided, Managed, or Custom).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@auraflux.co of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not produce harmful or illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its performance, or circumvent access controls. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant AuraFlux a limited license to process it to provide the Service. AuraFlux owns all rights to the platform itself. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing.
Integrations with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and Kick are subject to those platforms' own terms. You may disconnect any platform at any time from Settings → My Channels.
Subscriptions renew monthly automatically. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Payments processed by Stripe. See our Refund & Subscription Policy for refund details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAFLUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS OR $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ACTION.
We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect.
